Happiness
This is the primus question of our life. happiness depend on our mind, feeling and thinking. life goes happily when we feel and think that all things are accurate if you have this attitude in your mind you will face the happiness. Everyone want to be happy but it doesn't stay for long because of our mind, thinking and materialistic things too, we mostly try to depend on wealth, day to day events it gives us happiness but only for a moment, this happens because there are two types of happiness, one is internal state of mind which is long lasting and the other is external which stay for a moment. long lasting happiness can come in our life when we get the clear realisation by which we can overcome any weakness of life but we mostly run towards External happiness like - show off of our work, things, money, property, position, etc. It makes us happy but only for a moment. Real happiness lies in us in our mind, which we never try to find it.
To make us happy we should try to find our inner happiness by satisfying ourself that what we have is enough for us and should have positive vibes and helping nature to others. Few month ago i heard a news that a man has sold his car to help the covid-19 patients. I only think that how much peace he got by this work and most important he got alot of good wishes by others and has set a inspiration to others. Also we can get inner happiness by some small involvement like helping others to guide right path, help in cross the road, give smile and talk politely to others, give respect to everyone, remove the stone lying in the path, like this there are many more ways to do the good deeds and by this you will feel actual internal happiness. A smile will come on your face and you will feel peace inside you by doing this work. I'm not saying that you will get whole happiness and peace but this will enough to feel the happiness.
For example- When things happen in our life according to us or as we wish, then we become happy but if one thing does not happen according to us, we get disappointed. At that time we forget all those good memories which happend in past we just disappoint by only a current perishable thing. We see only one mistake and that one mistake so entrenched in our mind and it dominate on our good memories and makes us sad.
In order to keep themselves happy, we should remember the moment of happiness that has passed. And one more thing you should satisfy yourself that if two to four moments of happiness come with a moment of sorrow, then so what? Happiness will come again. Happiness and sorrow are companions to each other.If you will not understood to sorrow then you can't understood to happiness.
One more things sometimes we think that from today onwards we will just be happy, stay away from all negativity, do well and think well but there's some moments comes like- something at home, outside or in office someone says such a word that makes our heart sad.
To move out from this look at the situation not in just one but two or three aspects. Accept those point that you think is positive and leave other one like - If someone says something to you instead of being sad, look at the positive side in it, do question to yourself that why did he say, what he saw in me? Find it inside you. If you find yourself right then forget that someone has said something to you. If you want to choose happiness, put such a habit in your life because happiness is a habit if you have set a habit in your life forever you will be happy.
We get disheartened so easily and loose hope in life. Believe in yourself that lead and guide you, you will become relaxed and happy.
